Sixteen33 is a new spot that takes the ‘neighbourhood’ in neighbourhood bar very seriously. Months of research have gone into creating the small but power-packed menu, deeply inspired by the location in which it is set. This is a spot that is technique-led, with sous vide and fat washing, infusions and clarified elements and unexpected garnishes added to the drinks. While there is a whole lotta shakin’ going on behind the bar, the signature cocktails are a labour of intensive effort and deep immersion into the bylanes of Bandra.
