About the movie

Jojo Rabbit (2019) is a satirical film directed by Taika Waititi. Set in Nazi Germany during World War II, the story follows Johannes "Jojo" Betzler, a 10-year-old boy who is an enthusiastic member of the Hitler Youth. Jojo idolizes Adolf Hitler, who appears to him in the form of an imaginary friend played by Waititi himself.
