This New Year, slow down and step into village time. Leave behind the traffic, the crowds, and the noise—and gather with us for a simple, old-fashioned New Year house party by the bonfire, at a cozy villa glowing with soft fairy lights.
We’ll cook the way it’s always been done—over a warm tandoor, on the choolha, spices ground fresh on the silbatta. Food will be made outdoors, together, with unhurried conversations, shared laughter, easy music, and drinks for those who want them—both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
No resolutions, no pressure. Just a small circle of no more than 15 people welcoming 2026 the village way—hands in the food, feet by the fire, hearts full, and time moving slowly.

- 🍹 A light ice-breaker and a welcome cocktail/mocktail will get everyone talking and feeling right at home.
- ✨ Get hands-on at our open bar and create your own vodka or rum cocktails.
- 🔥 Once your drink is in hand, the open cooking begins! Chicken Tandoori, Paneer Tikka, Mutton Curry, and fresh rotis will be cooked right outside. Step in, lend a hand, and cook along with us!
- 😂 We’ll roll into a lively game of Dumb Charades, followed by Truth & Dare—because… why not?
- 🔥 Dinner is served—village style! A hot, outdoor-cooked meal will be ready. Pick up your plates and serve yourself straight from the pots simmering on the tandoor and choolha.
- 🌾 We’ll end on a sweet note with a hot serving of Phirni for dessert. Just before midnight, we’ll gather together to talk about why this year we choose no resolutions—only taking life as it comes, while staying rooted in nature, simplicity, and where we come from.
- 🔥 12 AM Bash: Once the drinks have kicked in, it’s time to let loose and dance our way into the first hour of 2026!
