Welcome to the Interconnected Community. This is a space for people who want to engage in deeper dialogues and understand the connection between nature, food, ethical fashion, water, waste, the economy, mental health, and society.

In our first workshop we are hoping to engage in a deep conversation between ecology and food through this incredible salad workshop.

About the Workshop

Salads are often thought of as light side dishes, but when done right, they can be a complete, balanced meal. In the workshop, participants would explore how to build salads which can become a wholesome, nutrient-packed "one-pot meal" that provides the essential flavors and nutrients our bodies need.

This workshop would also delve into the ecological aspects of food choices, highlighting how sustainable farming practices, and local sourcing, support both personal health and planetary well-being.

In this workshop, we'll explore:

1. What is my original food intended by nature as per my location and ancestry?

2. How to listen to my own body?

3. How to eat as per my body's need and taste?

4. How to move towards local/ Indigenous ingredients?

Nature intended food is the key to best health. In Natural world all species inherently know what is their food and what is not. So as humans how can we achieve the same? In 2020 Priti attended a the Raw life celebration (raw vegan diet) 13 day residential by koosha.org and Psylution 'Self enquiry' based approach to nutrition by Kalyan Sarkar which changed my perception and body for good and now would love to share with you.

Join us to learn how to create delicious, nourishing salads that fuel your body and mind!
