Reiki is an energy healing modality that originated in Japan. This is a Reiki Level 1 / first degree certification workshop to learn and become a Reiki Level 1 practitioner. Over the years, Reiki has branched out into multiple forms but the one you will learn here is Usui Shiki Ryoho - Traditional Usui System of Natural Healing (as taught and followed by the lineage of Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of the Reiki System of Natural Healing). Kavitha & Anirudh are trained & certified in this very system and will share their knowledge and experience.
There are 3 levels to learning Reiki. Each level progresses to equip you with greater knowledge of this energy healing. In this 2-day Level 1 workshop one will learn;
