Rajaji National Park is a part of the Rajaji-Corbett Tiger Corridor. With over 30 tigers, hundreds of elephants and diverse flora and fauna, it is a must-visit for wildlife enthusiasts. Rajaji is one of the most beautiful forest landscapes and a must-see for visitors to the area. Just remember to look out for more than just a big cat!

Details

  • Drive to the Rajaji National Park Chilla Gate and complete the formalities. Drive around for 2.5 to 3 hours depending on the time of entry. Enjoy snacks and tea packed in a basket at some point during the safari. Drive back to base.

  • The pickup and drop off points must be within 3kms of Amrit Bhawan. For places further away, a surcharge may apply. Alternatively, guests can meet the guide directly at the Trailhead.
  • A windcheater jacket and scarf/muffler to protect from the wind, especially in the winters, a cap or hat for sun protection, mask to protect from dust.
  • Feeding or teasing animals is a punishable offence. Please refrain from littering in the forest and collect your trash for disposal later.
  • Not available between 15th June and 15th October.
  • Location - Rajaji National Park - Chilla Gate, 7km from Har ki Pauri.
