Welcome to Pint of View, Noida’s first-ever community where classroom-styled lectures meet craft cocktails in pubs and bars.
What if ancient sound could literally change the way your brain works?
This isn’t just music — it’s a neurological reset!
For our second lecture in Noida, we’re bringing you Runki Goswami, an Indian classical singer, composer, and music director known for her evocative blend of tradition, emotion, and innovation. In her talk, “The Sound Hack: How Ragas Rewire your Mind and Body”, Runki takes you on a mind-bending journey through the science and soul of sound.
Discover how the centuries-old grammar of Indian ragas and taals holds the power to lower stress hormones, boost focus, and restore emotional balance — effects now being decoded by modern neuroscience. Runki blends classical purity with contemporary insight to show how every note is a frequency, every rhythm a pulse — and every raga a roadmap to calm, clarity, and connection. This immersive talk isn’t just about listening — it’s about feeling how sound can rewire your system from the inside out. All of this, over cocktails at The Pint Room!
What to Expect:
- A 45-minute lecture decoding the science behind music and healing
- 15–20 minutes of interactive Q&A
- One beer or mocktail included with your ticket
- A lively mixer to share your insights (and maybe some stories of your own)
