We cover a variety of of 5 various tea cakes that we teach from scratch. We use only the best of ingredients and source everything locally. We teach you how to bake cakes and the frostings that go with it, in a tradiotional method. Its a hands on experince and we provide the students with hand outs which they will be taking home with them.
