Classy bar in the Shangri La Hotel in Orchard. Immense rum selection and a great cocktail menu themed around different neighbourhoods in Singapore. The restaurant is adjacent to one of the best steak and grill spots in Singapore, so the food/snacks are definitely worth trying as well.
