Across two days, Oppam Vaayo brings together workshops, performances, conversations, and community spaces celebrating women’s stories and cultural expression.

Day 1 opens with a weaving workshop, followed by talks and discussions on history and gender. The afternoon features traditional performance forms like Koodiyattam and Nangyarkoothu, along with a Kalari workshop for women. The evening moves into a feminist history talk and concludes with a live music performance. Women-led stalls run throughout the day.

Day 2 begins with storytelling and a Vattakkali workshop, followed by a documentary screening and Fugudo dance performance with discussion. The evening includes a talk, a panel discussion with invited speakers, and concludes with a powerful contemporary dance performance and open discussion. Stalls and community-led activities continue through the day.
