Should you move abroad or not?

Many Indians are looking to move abroad, and in my work with many NRIs and Indians, I've seen that the top questions are:

* Is it worth uprooting myself?

* What's my career going to look like?

* For some, it's: “How do I find a job?”, “What's the best country to move to?”

* “My friends have moved & I'm still here” (FOMO)

There's uncertainty in moving these days: visas, loans, racism, getting fired, low-balled job offers, parents etc.
