Expect mindful sequencing with focus on the hips, hamstrings, and glutes. The practice will be supportive, centering, and energising without being rushed.
Afterwards, we’ll gather around the table for a nourishing, plant-based brunch served buffet style. A relaxed, unhurried way to ease into the first day of the year, share conversations, and spend the morning in good company.
We’ll also make time for a simple intention-setting moment and a small vision board-making activity. A gentle, creative way to reflect on what you’re stepping away from and what you’d like to welcome in.
