Hop onto a 4WD vehicle and go through quaint little villages, witnessing the daily lives of the locals. Verdant hill slopes, bursts of red from the rhododendron trees, deep valleys casting dark shadows and the shimmer of distant lands – these are the sights that will greet you at every turn. Finally you’ll arrive at the temple dedicated to the goddess of the hills, Vindhyavasini. There, tea & snacks/lunch await by a gushing waterfall.
Accessible only to our guests, the waterfall is part of the temple complex, which is attended to by a charismatic mendicant, affectionately called 'Babaji'. Past the temple, a tunnel through the mountainside, allows you to travel a little further.
