Minimal Coffee

This is Mysore’s only real specialty coffee cafe. Whilst there may be other joints that serve specialty coffee, Minimal is the only place that knows what they’re doing with it. Right from paying attention to how the beans are roasted, to how the coffee is brewed, what the right temperature for milk-based drinks is, to some mean latte art, this is your one stop shop for all things coffee. The owner, Ashwin, is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable so you may even get a little education out of it. They have homemade alt-milks available too, and cashew is the hot favourite.
