About Manasa
Manasa is a powerhouse instructor who inspires self-love through every sweat session. She thrives on seeing her clients challenged—and humbled—by the effectiveness of low-impact, mindful workouts. With 4 years of teaching experience and over 400 women coached across all walks of life, she brings both online and offline sessions to life with energy and precision.
Her passion extends beyond movement: she’s training to become a trauma-informed instructor and a functional hormone specialist, with a focus on coaching women throughout all stages of life — from pre- and post-natal to menopause.
