Living Libraries
Living Libraries is a community pop-up experience by Delhi Reads, presented as part of the Lodhi Art Festival at the Lodhi Art District. The session brings together literature, art, and shared public space through conversation and participatory making.
- The event unfolds in two parts. The first is a baithak-style Living Libraries circle, where participants are invited to bring a piece of art, poetry, text, or excerpt that has deeply impacted them. Through an open and moderated group exchange, the session explores the intersection of visual art and literature, and how creative works shape memory, identity, and perspective.
- The second part, Bookmarked! is a hands-on bookmark-making activity set within the Lodhi Art District. Participants will create personalised bookmarks inspired by literature, art, and the surrounding public art environment.
