To Mushrooms, Mycelium, and the More-than-human
Beneath our feet runs a quiet intelligence: mycelium threads that feed forests, hold soil together, and remind us that nothing lives alone. Letters to the Living World is a gentle antidote to a world that keeps asking you to push through. Through reishi tea, tactile encounters with fungi, guided letter-writing, and a closing soma flow, we create a soft room to listen inward, return to the body, and remember you are part of an ecosystem.
This is not a performance space. It is a presence space. A slow, grounded ritual where your attention becomes the practice, and your words become a way of relating.
What We’ll Do Together
- A calming reishi tea ritual, followed by guided letters to yourself, the living world, and what you are ready to nurture next
- A tactile mushroom exploration, with an optional tasting of gentle extracts, to deepen sensory presence
- An anonymous old school letter exchange woven into a mycelial thread-web, closing with a soft soma flow so everything can land in the body
This workshop is a collaboration between Nuvedo, bringing the healing benefits of functional mushrooms to people and planet, and The Drawing Room Club, a Bangalore based community curating intimate, conversation forward gatherings. Together, we’re creating a multi sensory room of shared reflection through tea, guided letter writing, and a closing soma flow.
