In this hands-on workshop, trace kimchi’s evolution across time and regions, discover the microbial magic behind fermentation and understand how seasons shape every batch.

Then, we’ll get chopping: mix your own traditional paste, learn the art of layering and packing and experiment with local veggies and fruits to craft a jar that’s uniquely yours.
