What does healthy screen time really look like?

How do I know if my child's apps are letting them talk to strangers?

How do I end screen time without a meltdown?

What are the early signs of screen addiction?

What are fun non-screen activities?

How do I know if a game is good or addictive?

Screens are part of life, but you get to decide how they fit into your child’s world. If any of these questions sound familiar, our workshop is made for you. As experts with backgrounds in child psychology, neuroscience, and game design, we’re here to empower parents on how to raise digital champions. Walk in with questions. Walk out with a plan.

In this session, you will get information about:

Managing Behaviour — Learn how to set screen limits at home and help your child handle their feelings when it's time to log off.

Picking Appropriate Content — Find out how to choose content that's right for your child and keeps them curious, creative, and engaged.

Spot The Early Signs of Addiction — Know the warning signs that screens may be becoming a problem, and the path forward.

Game Safety — Learn what to check before downloading a game, and how to spot ethical and safe games.

Free Guidebook Included — Every attendee leaves with a parent toolkit covering everything discussed in the session, along with additional resources.
