Dining at Kappa Chakka Kandhari feels like paying culinary respects to Keralite home cooking and childhood memories revolving around comfort food. The menu is a work of art and research, considering it took Chef Regi Matthews 3 years (and meetings with more than 200 homemakers) to put together. It features classic dishes from all corners of Kerala, from Malabar to Syrian Christian fare, with a stamp of approval from Kerala’s home chefs being an underlying commonality. We also love the inviting atmosphere and the traditional yet modern decor throughout the restaurant.
