Rooted in principles of mindfulness and energy flow, it combines gentle physical movements with relaxed breathing and focused awareness, making it both a form of physical exercise and moving meditation.
Join Meera Krishna who has been learning and practicing Tai Chi for the last 17 years. She has facilitated and taught the art for 8 years. Meera Krishna believes her life's calling is to facilitate health and conscious living through Tai Chi ( movement meditation) and Zen art as tools to be healthy, to connect with one's body, understand the mind, explore one's daily life, freeing one's spirit and reclaiming one's natural joyful state of well-being in sync with nature.

Kindly ensure to have breakfast 2.5 hours prior to the session and wear loose comfortable cotton clothes, not tight fit.
