Meet Sanjana, your guide for this workshop and the founder of Yogakalpa, a yoga studio and global community. A distinguished yoga teacher with Gold medal in National Yoga Championship and Silver medal in State Yoga Championship, Sanjana's expertise shines in advanced asanas empowering yogis to deepen their practice.
After the session, we will all sit together and sip on some herbal tea and enjoy some nourishing snacks from Copper + Cloves in the beautiful, sunlit Studio.
