- Initial 10-15 minutes -Introduction, intention setting, theory on the Sacral chakra (associated with hips) and how its linked, its physical and emotional consequences on our bodies physically, mentally & emotionally
- Hip opening flow-60 minutes
- Partner assisted asana’s to encourage trust and confidence-15 minutes
- Guided Yoga nidra-15 minutes
- Closing circle-10 minutes -participants can share their experience of the emotional release during the class and overall workshop experience
About Shikha
Hailing from the yoga capital, learned from her spiritual master and teaching for over a decade.

- Reiki healer (level2)
