Echoes of Summer
Painting Masterclass with Natella Ovsiienko
As part of the Lodhi Art Festival, Echoes of Summer is an open-air painting workshop exploring landscape, light, and seasonal memory through oil painting. Led by Ukrainian artist Natella Ovsiienko, the session draws from the sensibilities of Ukrainian landscape traditions while responding to the shared public environment of the Lodhi Art District.
The workshop focuses on realism, close observation, and understanding oil paint as a medium. Participants will be guided through painting a Ukrainian-inspired landscape while reflecting on how ideas of place, memory, and nature connect across geographies. Set within the evolving public art setting of the district, the session offers a slow, attentive space for painting within the rhythm of the festival.
Open to all. No prior experience required. Materials will be provided.
