What happens when research leaves the classroom and lands in a bar? Gully Labs teams up with unLecture, the Delhi community known for bringing big ideas out of lecture halls and into cafés and bars, for the first edition of Delhi School of Ideas, dedicated to strange questions, curious minds, and conversations that refuse to stay academic.

This edition asks a simple question: How weird can research get?

Expect a series of short, sharp presentations where speakers unpack their most unusual ideas, experiments, and niche obsessions. From unexpected cultural insights to bizarre innovations and wonderfully unnecessary investigations, we've got it all.

The catch? You’ll be hearing all of this with unlimited Kati Patang beer and BRB chips on the house.

Whether it’s niche anthropology, obscure design experiments, hyper-specific cultural rabbit holes, or research nobody asked for but everyone wants to hear, this is a night for intellectual chaos and delightful curiosity.
