We want to be fully transparent — our goal is not to make money from this event. All revenue generated through ticket sales, sponsorships, or merchandise will be entirely used to enhance the event experience, cover operational costs, and support the D&D community.

After the event, we will publicly share a detailed breakdown of the event accounts, so attendees can see exactly how funds were used.
