This is a bit of a no-brainer but if you haven’t gone around the Dal Lake in a Shikara, have you really seen Srinagar? Visit the early morning vegetable market (check the timing according to the season), Meena Bazar, the lotus plantations, and the vegetation on the dal. Also make sure you visit Char Chinar, an island of four chinar trees floating in the middle of the Dal Lake.
