Tucked away in the heart of Goregaon Film City, right beside Sanjay Gandhi National Park, lies a hidden green sanctuary that comes alive during the monsoon. The forest floor bursts with ephemeral wildflowers, velvety moss, and delicate climbers, while fungi, fresh shoots, and tender leaf flushes paint the landscape with quiet magic. Look closely, and you’ll notice nature’s subtle wonders a shimmering jewel beetle, a camouflaged spider, or a snail tracing silver across the damp earth.
Amidst this seasonal transformation, our guided Nature Walk invites you to slow down and discover the forest’s most enchanting residents. With every pause and gentle step, you’ll see butterflies flitting among blooms, basking on leaves, or delicately sipping nectar, each one a living jewel, adding colour and movement to the landscape. Naturalists will share insights into their behaviour, life cycles, and the vital role they play in the forest ecosystem.
This trail is more than just a walk, it’s a sensory journey, a chance to notice things often overlooked, and an opportunity for families to experience the forest together, learning and exploring with curiosity and wonder.
Please note: The walk involves a little downhill and uphill section. It is slightly challenging and not recommended for children below 5 years.
