Two years ago, in March, Dillipoetry began the journey of hosting poetry walks & extensive workshops - to pull poetry off stage & into an experience, felt, held & embodied. In these two years we hosted over 50+ walks & workshops in total, with close to a thousand participants showing up as co-creators.

This time Dillipoetry along with Sunder Nursery invite you to a two-hour-long healing forest walk at Sunder Nursery, New Delhi. The walk will bring into play Mary Oliver's poetry as prompts and reflective tools to immerse in the forest. Oliver who claims to be saved by the glad sight of trees is one of the most loved poets of our times. Her poetry is a quiet saunter down the woods - inviting us to simply 'go easy, to be filled with light, and to shine.'

About the host: Rachit is the founder and curator of Dillipoetry, a literary platform known for its experiential poetry workshops and forest healing walks. He is also the creative head at Youth Alliance, where he designs and facilitates transformational journeys of (un) learning, healing, and enquiry in the youth leadership development domain. His poetry and other writings have been published by 20+ literary platforms and anthologies including - Muse India, SIMS Library of Poetry, California, Livewire, The Honest Ulsterman, Northern Ireland among others. Rachit has performed at the BBC Contains Strong Language, the largest poetry festival in the UK, The French Institute India, Alliance Française, etc. He also appeared & performed on BBC Radio 3’s popular show, The Verb.
