The Festive Season is almost here, and the Museum of Goa is delighted to present a special Christmas concert featuring Oscar Castellino and The Timemakers.
This performance will blend Konkani and Portuguese music with beloved English and French carols. This special evening celebrates the legacy of the legendary Goan poet, the late Manoharai Sardessai, marked by the release of a new Christmas carol composed by Oscar Castellino to his poetry. The concert also features the debut of a fresh musical collaboration between Umesh Sardessai and Oscar Castellino. Together, they create a soulful, cross-cultural experience that honours Goan heritage while presenting a contemporary celebration of the festive season.
The concert will feature works in Konkani, Portuguese, and English by Manohar Rai Sardessai, Micael Martins, Gabriel Pais, Oscar Castellino, and Adolphe Adam.
Featuring: International Opera Singer Oscar Castellino on Vocals, Chelsea D'Silva on vocals, Jason Quadros on the Piano, Nahil Flores on Ghumot and Percussion, and Senon de Souza on the Violin.
