Bangla'r Bhoj: A feast celebrating the rich flavours of Bengali cuisine
Alt Food Co invites you to join Aditi Mishra, a homecook based out of Dharamshala, on a journey to Dhanbad, a town in Bihar with a shared history, language, flavours and memories with West Bengal. This is an ode to her childhood years spent in West Bengal, reliving the heady aromas of classic spices and the warmth of families.
