You know when you’re looking for something fresh, buzzing and new, but still somewhat under the radar? Bandra Born is just that. A 12-week pop-up brought to you by the beloved and brilliant Chef Gresham of Saltwater Grill (and in fact, the pop-up is cleverly located in the same venue but with a distinct riff on branding, menu and vibe) - we loved the inventive drinks by Pankaj of Countertop (rum and sugarcane for the win) and the fabulous small plates and mains that were part-nostalgia, full-taste. Make sure you reserve a table before this pop-up potentially shuts at the end of December. You’ll be wise to go back a couple of times as their menu is extensive, with plenty of amazing vegetarian options.
