For our first session, we welcome Shatbhi Basu, India’s first female bartender and a true pioneer in mixology. With over forty years in the game, she’s more than just a bartender—she’s a force that’s reshaped India’s drinking culture. In this intimate workshop, Shatbhi will guide you through the creation of four standout cocktails using DOJA Gin. Add to that a selection of food from our in-house menu, and you’ve got an evening where the drinks, the dishes, and the conversations blur into something new, as we celebrate the art of mixology with one of its true masters.
