Expect a series of arm balances, enabling you to get stronger and gain the benefits that come with holding arm balances. This workshop encourages you to sit with discomfort, move through it, and emerge stronger—mentally and physically. As Shruti says, “It won’t be easy,” but the growth will be worth it.
