Aguada Port & Jail Complex - The Aguad

How incredible is the revitalised Aguada Port and Jail complex - or simply, The Aguad. An erstwhile Portuguese jail situated right on the rocks at Sinquierim (lucky inmates!) is now a museum and public space. Their programming is on point, there are restaurants and pop-ups, and their concerts under the stars shouldn’t be missed. We love cultural spaces that add so much to a place like Goa - rich in history, but lacking enough storytellers.
