"Rhythmic Parenting" with Salone Zutshi

Developed from years of experience and research as co-founder of the first Waldorf School in North India, Salone offers this very special workshop particularly for PARENTS, empowering them to reclaim their children’s right to fulfill their highest human potential.

Using a combination of various methodologies to navigate our materialist, hi-tech culture in such a way as to create a healthy rhythm of growth, this workshop aims to unlock the power of rhythm to bring health, joy and balance into your and your child’s everyday life.

(NB: If you are not a parent and would like to attend this workshop, you may! The principles apply to everyone. Open to Ages 18+)

Cost: Rs. 800/- (Students Rs. 400/-)

Further information:

In the fast-paced, hi-tech milieu of the current times, where many of us are stretched and often stretched too thin, how can we find ways to release? How can we continue to meet the demands of the many hats we wear as professionals, partners, parents or caregivers while still protecting our own health and the healthy growth of our children?

Is asking for joy as we navigate the 'busyness' too much of an ask?

Rhythm is the balance between stretching and releasing, activity and rest, contraction and expansion. Join Salone in finding yours!

USEFUL FOR PARENTS AND NON-PARENTS ALIKE!

Salone is an educator, artist and a learner for life! A sociologist and development professional, she co-founded the first Waldorf school in North India. A nature enthusiast, storyteller, classical dancer, organic farmer and the first hypnobirth parent in India, with an in-depth understanding of child development, she brought all these facets of herself into her work as a teacher, mentor, curriculum developer, teacher trainer and parenting coach at the school.

Salone believes that each one of us has the power to curate our own life journeys. With an inherent ability to connect with people, her work has brought about systemic and long-lasting positive impacts in the lives of children, parents, families, and communities. She remains committed to inspire and be inspired.

Her book, with the same title as this workshop, will be out soon.
