Come unwind with Pawga for a calming reset yoga session, accompanied by the sweetest shelter puppies. This is a slow, beginner-friendly practice designed to help you relax, stretch, and reset - no prior yoga experience needed.
As you move through gentle poses and mindful breathing, the puppies are free to wander around the space, curl up nearby, or simply bring a sense of lightness and joy to the room. We don’t lift or handle the pups during the session; instead, we create a comfortable environment where both you and the puppies can feel at ease.
All the puppies come from local shelters and are up for adoption, and a portion of every ticket goes towards their care and well-being.
Come for the movement, stay for the calm and leave feeling a little lighter.
