Welcome to Molasses! 🌴 Our focus is biodiversity, conservation, re-wilding and high quality farm produce.

Located in a 25 acre regenerative forest, in the outskirts of Pondicherry- we serve delicious meals under a thatch hut, nestled in wilderness. The meals are traditionally served on a banana leaf using our farm rice, vegetables, foraged herbs and ethically sourced meat or seafood- cooked by ladies from the nearby village..

The experience includes a nature walk through the kitchen garden, cow shed, chicken coop and our little patch of forest- which is home to a variety of plants, insects, birds, reptiles and mammals. We also have a rain water catchment which is lovely to take a dip in. Our thatch hut is a relaxing spot to soak in the surroundings, spend quality time with loved ones, play board games or even take a peaceful nap.

Our goal is not only to give you a memorable experience but also to leave you with some food for thought. We hope to bring you closer to nature, ignite your interest in slow living, as well as the slow food concept and the importance of honouring the source and process of the ingredients used in your meal.
